1965
JITENDRAKUMAR LALBHAI
From a nascent beginning in 1965 to becoming one of the most reputed and trusted marketing companies in India dealing in Textile Raw Material like Cotton, Yarns & Fabrics.
Our love for yarn began in 1965 when JKL was formed and started marketing of yarns.
Today JKL is one of the leading Textile Raw material (cotton, yarn, fabrics) marketing companies in the Domestic Indian Market.
The vision is to become the most preferred partner for manufacturers for marketing their textile products in India and for their customers to be their preferred sourcing arm. With head office in Ahmedabad, JKL sells in Surat, Bhilwara, Ichalkaranji, Mumbai, Bangalore, Tirupur, Kolkata& is expanding its base throughout India so that the company is in position to offer marketing services for any textile supplier throughout India.
Adding value to these are the companies “technical cell” and “product development cell” which constantly works with partner factories in creating new products and constantly upgrading quality levels.
1996
ACME INTERNATIONAL LTD.
Since its inception, Acme International has emerged as one of the most reliable partner across the globe for sourcing Textile Products. Its connectivity across the continents and on-time delivery with stringent quality control has boosted its growth.
From the domestic arena, the group forayed into the international market with the same product – Yarn. A new company Acme International Ltd. was started in 1996. The vision was that the services and reliability which customers received from the company in the domestic market, the same service and reliability was to be carried forward to tap the international customers.
With time, today Acme International Ltd has grown into becoming a very important supply chain partner for leading textile manufacturers and brands worldwide.
Acme International has its presence in over 40 countries with its own office in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Mauritius and UK. Its product portfolio has grown to cover raw cotton, yarn, fabric, made-ups and garments which is sourced through its 6 offices throughout India.
2001
Acme Global Brands Pvt. Ltd.
The group first product diversification effort – Houseware division was started in 2001 with its head office in Mumbai. Initially started under the name of Aenco Acme Global Brands Pvt. Ltd. which was a joint venture with the Abdoolally Ebrahim Group, Hongkong the company was bought over in 2009 by the LP Group and renamed as Acme Housewares India Pvt Ltd. Acme Housewares exports houseware products from India & specializes in the export of stainless steel kitchenware, barware, hollowware, cookware, hotel ware, kitchen tools and gadgets and complements them with kitchen textiles.
It works on OEM & ODM designs for customers in Europe, USA & Canada. With time it has also started its two brands in the housewares segment under the name of “Kitchen Kemistry” and “Cocktails and Dreams”.
2005
ACME COTSYN PVT. LTD.
The first initiative to get into manufacturing was taken in 2005 by starting Acme Cotsyn Pvt. Ltd. It is today a weaving project having 42 picanol rapier shuttleless machines and 30 Tsudakoma Airjet machines manufacturing about 6 lakh meters of fabric per month. The company mainly manufactures Denim, Dobby Suiting & Shirting, Corduroy, Yarndyed & Industrial Grey Fabric for selling in the domestic market.
Apart from this company is also taking job work for denim fabric and other specialized articles. It has further initiated a Greenfield Knitting facility of 14 states of the art circular knitting machines manufacturing 200 tons/month of greige and dyed knitting fabrics.
As a forward integration the company is now in the process of converting the great knitted fabrics into finished fabrics ( getting it dyed outside ) and is selling dyed fabrics and it is also in the process of converting the dyed fabric into garments its flagship brand “EERA” which is premium leggings/jeggings in solids and digital prints.
2017
Casa Copenhagen Brands Pvt. Ltd.
The flagship brand of the group Casa Copenhagen is a UK based company bought over in 2007 and brought to India.
In 2017 Casa Copenhagen Brands Pvt Ltd ( CCBL ) was formed as the holding company for all the various brands of the group and presently handles the below brands:

Eeraa – Premium leggings
Sofie & Sam – Infant and kids garments in the age group of 0-2 years
Beau – Women Knit Garments
Kitchen Kemistry – Stainless Steel Housewares for the Kitchen

CCBL sells all above brands through three channels – online, distribution and retail.
In Online we well through Amazon , eBay , Flipkart , Wayfair , Snapdeal , Groupon and many other platforms in India , UK , Canada , USA , Germany , France , Italy , Germany , Spain etc which is handled through the companies offices / warehouses based at USA ( Casa Copenhagen USA ) Canada ( Casa Copenhagen Canada ) and UK ( Casa Copenhagen , London ).
Distribution is done throughout India by our dedicated network of distributors for each region who stock and sell our products.
On the retail front, the first retail store was started under the name “My Casa Copenhagen” spread on a 4500 sq feet showroom in the center of Ahmedabad the store offers complete home solutions from Bed & Bath, Kids Zone, virtual room designer, a backlit area for curtain display, and a Sleep Zone. With its many first time, USP’s store is already a success with customers coming repeatedly for fulfilling their home needs.

2017
LB Tex Pvt Ltd.
The biggest manufacturing initiative was taken by the group under the name of “LB Tex” ( partnership with Bhagat Family ) which is a Greenfield most modern weaving factory setup having 102 Picanol Summum Weaving machines manufacturing 12 lakh meters of greige fabric per month. The company is set up as an OEM facility exclusively for Arvind Ltd which is India’s biggest cotton textile company.
The setup is the best as on date having Picanol Summum Airjet machines, Luva humidification plant, Kaeser Compressors and makes high-quality shirting and bottoms fabric for worlds top brands like Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, JC Penny, Macy’s, H&M, C&A, Uniqlo etc.
Along with top machinery setup, the company also had made a modern workers colony and a 24-hour canteen going with the group’s philosophy of providing the best amenities for the workers.
The project undertook a major expansion in 2018 where the unit capacity increased from 102 to 204 machines, manufacturing almost 3 million meters per month. The 102 machines were added under an exclusive agreement with Arvind for production of Denim fabrics. The production is supplied to leading global brands – Levis, Gap, Lee, Wrangler etc. Presently LB Tex is among the largest independent weaving facilities in Gujarat making over 36 million meters per annum.
2019
ACME Clothing LLP
The first stitching facility is being started in 2019 under the name “Acme Clothing Private Limited” in Khokhra, Ahmedabad – the same location where Acme Cotsyn is present.
The infrastructure spans over 18000 sq. feet, which has been made to accommodate 150 stitching machines. However, the first phase production will be started with 75 stitching machinery which will manufacture 70,000 garments per month. Various overlock, flatlock and single needle machinery from trusted companies like Pegasus, Brother, Eastman as such will be part of the most modern stitching setup. The facility has been designed to be fully compliant as per international requirements of brands and has got required certifications.
Initially, production will start for the group’s in-house brand EERA – premium chudidar and ankle length leggings. Eventually, plans are to manufacture all different kinds of knitted garments for both men and women category for tops and bottoms.
